These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website gessella.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Gesella, operated by Zhaoqing Geshang Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Gesella is an online store offering women’s clothing, shoes and hats. All products sold on the Site are physical goods. References to “Gesella” in these Terms mean the operator of the Site as identified in the footer and in our contact details below.

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

• We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee every monitor displays colours exactly as they are in person.
• All prices on the Site are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change from time to time; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice. In the unlikely event a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Orders and Acceptance

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier and customs processing. We will provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.
• Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders over the amount stated on the Site (for example, orders over $80).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it — see our Refund and Returns Policy.
